We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team at BiruDaun. If you enjoy turning designs into fast, beautiful, and easy-to-manage websites, this role is for you.
You’ll be working with WordPress, PHP, and modern front-end tools to build websites that not only look great but perform smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins
- Convert designs (Figma/PSD) into responsive, functional websites
- Manage and optimize databases (MySQL/MariaDB)
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools (e.g., booking systems, CRMs, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet client goals
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing sites
What We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, hooks, WP-CLI)
- Strong HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills
- Basic to intermediate PHP knowledge
- Understanding of responsive design and performance optimization
- Experience using cPanel or similar hosting environments
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Elementor, Oxygen, Bricks or similar builders
- Familiar with ACF or Crocoblock
- Experience with WooCommerce or custom post types
- Understanding of Git, SEO, or site speed optimization
- A portfolio or sample projects to show your work
